Mechanical Trader is a trading performance tool that provides behavioral coaching for traders. It is not a financial advisory service, not a trading signals service, and not a mental health service. It does not provide therapy, counseling, or clinical services of any kind.
Mechanical Trader does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or market analysis. It does not guarantee trading results. Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Past behavioral improvement does not guarantee future trading performance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are not in financial crisis and that you understand this tool is not a substitute for professional financial advice or mental health services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Mechanical Trader uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversations and generate personalized content. AI responses are generated based on information you provide and are not reviewed by a human before delivery. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. The AI does not have access to real-time market data and cannot provide trading advice.
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Mechanical Trader, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate AI responses, using the service for purposes other than personal trading performance improvement, sharing account access with others, or attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the service.
Mechanical Trader and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other consequences arising from your use of this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use this service at your own risk. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
While building new behavioral habits, Mechanical Trader strongly recommends using a simulated or paper trading account. If you choose to trade with real money while using this service, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Mechanical Trader is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
